Overnight raccoons overturned a neighbor’s garbage cans. Sheet music, vinyl records, guitar picks, and separated strings lay strewn across the asphalt. Deemed inedible, the raccoons left them for the hope of a banana peel. The ink on the sheet music began to fade in the sunlight.
